Starwood Capital Not Purchasing All Golden Tulip Company Owned Hotels

Starwood Capital is only purchasing 240-260 company owned hotels with the purchase of the Golden Tulip brand. The remaining company owned hotels not in the purchase will probably be franchised, yet still stay under the Golden Tulip Brand.
