First Picture & Info on Starwood Capital & Tribeca Associates 53rd Street Hotel Project
After looking at Tribeca Associates website for information on their new hotel project with Starwood Capital, I came across a picture and some basic information on this large project.
1 Hotel Washington DC Still Delayed
Starwood Capital’s 1 Hotels brand has been so finicky since being initially announced in 2007 and then location after location either being delayed or cancelled.
One project though – the 1 Hotel Washington DC actually seems like it will be their flagship location – that is.. Once it finally gets off the ground.
Rumors of 1 Hotels Demise Are Greatly Exaggerated
Further proving that development hasn’t stopped on the 1 Hotel brand – a new flash animation has appeared on the main 1 Hotels website.
1 Hotel Washington Continues On (And Pictures!)
The 1 Hotel Washington DC seems to be the only 1 Hotel that is actually moving forward, although it won’t be open until 2011.
