B.R. Guest & Starwood Capital Open the Post Card Inn on the Beach
B.R. Guest & Starwood Capital (with Starwood being a behind the scenes player) have opened up the Post Card Inn on the Beach in St. Petes Beach, Florida. This is a surfing, beached themed hotel in a converted TravelLodge which is going after the budget conscious vacationer.
Will this be a new hotel brand for B.R. Guest (and Starwood Capital) or will this be a single location with a great theme?
