MGM-MIRAGE Changing Name to MGM Resorts International
This week at MGM Mirage’s June 15th shareholder meeting, MGM Mirage has asked their shareholders to:
To amend and restate the Certificate of Incorporation of the Company to change the name of the Company from “MGM MIRAGE” to “MGM Resorts International”
MGM Mirage Working on ‘MX’ and ‘Emblem’ Hotel Brands
MGM Mirage has been working on two new hotel brands for their MGM Mirage Hospitality Group – no word yet when they will appear, or even if both brands will appear, but the information I’ve managed to find out is still pretty interesting and demonstrates a new direction that MGM is looking to go in.
