		<description>This deal was pushed through despite a whole conflict of interest with the way the deal was structured.  Westmont Hospitality Group, the underwriter, which has a small interest in Westbridge, recoups its equity in less than a year through management fees. As long as the company is retained by Westbrdge and Westmont the main people behind pusing for this deal they will continue to leach the company dry.  The fools/victims in this deal bear stearns, citigroup, and canadian pension funds, the common people who give their money to these institutions..........peace be upon you.</description>
