Even though the Tropicana Atlantic City has filed for bankruptcy and Carl Icahn has a signed sales agreement in place to purchase the asset – that doesn’t mean that he automatically will own it.

Work Is Suspended on Hilton’s Denizen Brand
Things have gone from bad to worse for Hilton. They were recently served a subpoena for their actions involving Starwood, which has forced them to suspend all activity on the Denizen brand development as well as placing most of the employees involved in Hilton’s Prestige Portfolio on paid administrative leave – including Ross Klein and Amar Lalvani.

It looks like Starwood Hotels & Resorts is going to be updating their corporate logo to reflect a new, modern, playful feel, vs their current logo which is essentially all “corporate”.
Hilton Has Serious Issues To Get Through With This Starwood Lawsuit
Starwood Hotels is suing Hilton Hotels because two of Starwood’s former employees have stolen over 100,000 documents when they were hired by Hilton. This could end up being a major headache for Hilton, and one of the largest corporate espionage cases in recent history.
