A second Aloft in the Philly metro area is currently under construction in Mount Laurel, NJ at Rt. 73 & Fellowship Road where a Budget Motor Lodge (former Holiday Inn) and a Super 8 (wing of Holiday Inn converted to Super 8) were before demolition last year about the time a new Westin opened across Fellowhip Road.
