I&#039;m glad you decided to write about this. Your treatment seems just plain rude. I think you have a right to be miffed.

Sometimes it&#039;s just too easy to be dismissive or plain rude in electronic forms of communication - but as a communication professional, the PR person should realise that. As you&#039;ve said, they should also be building positive links for their clients. Let&#039;s just hope they had a bad day. If not, I suspect they won&#039;t be in the field of PR too long.</description>
